SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Free Standard Shipping — 5 to 12 business days
Shipping times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package's journey. If you have not received tracking information within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at contact@novaragoods.com.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@novaragoods.com so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided at checkout. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier before contacting us.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Orders shipped within the United States are not subject to additional customs fees or import duties.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at contact@novaragoods.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
